Brit Systems were appointed as the electrical contractor for Aryzta Bakery to deliver a full electrical installation aspect of the controls package.

ARYZTA AG (‘ARYZTA’) is an international food business with a leadership position in frozen B2B bakery. ARYZTA’s customer channels consist of a mix of large retail, convenience and independent retail, Quick Serve Restaurants and other foodservice categories. It goes without saying that Brit Systems are honoured to work with such a renowned business.

After receiving the brief, Brit Systems immediately got to work on an integrated solution fit for a bakery of this size. Our solution consisted of multiple control panels with 12 air handling units, 4 plant rooms, external plant areas, monitoring to over 60 stand-alone food processing panels, energy monitoring and networking.

In order to meet specialist food processing specifications we had to choose our installation materials carefully and specific to the client’s requirements. We used specialist stainless steel containment systems, specialist cable types as well as using various installation methods to overcome all specialist food processing requirements.

This site was fully project managed by Brit Systems to ensure the project was completed on time, to the highest of installation standards. This factory now produces 50,000 McMuffin bun’s an hour…
