Project overview

unique and exciting project for BritSystems

In 2019 a Yorkshire luxury hotel in Ripon required BritSystems to complete the installation of a brand new control system in a Grade 2 listed 17th Century stately home brought back to life. Featuring a luxury spa and retreat.

This was a really unique and exciting project for us as we really loved the opportunity to work on a 17th Century property that was going to be brought back to life. Our work on this particular job was crucial to making sure this refurbishment ran smoothly and efficiently.

The specific work we carried out for this client included the installation of the BMS system, underfloor heating systems, networking, and pool control panel wiring. As well as interfacing with GSHP, AHU’s, a pool plant and foul water pumping. This was an exciting challenge for us as there were so many logistics involved due to the remote location of the building and the new build construction planning we had to organise.

We were over the moon with the completion of this project as we helped to transform this property in to a 5* hotel and spa. Our client was extremely happy with our work and approved all of the work we completed on the “Taj Mahal of Yorkshire”.
