Project overview

In 2021 New Bailey reached out to us looking for us to provide the BMS installation to new state of the art office developments in central Manchester.

New Bailey Square is a brand new riverside development in Manchester city.

This project was extremely exciting for us as we had multiple projects to work on as it is such a big development. This work really tested our expertise as there were complex control systems and monitoring involved, meaning we had to put a lot more time and energy into this work to make sure it was accurate and to perfection.

Our Solution to adhere to the specific needs of this project was organising full project management of the BMS installation across multiple sites. This included: installation of BMS systems, FCU’s and AHU’s. We also needed to make control panel modifications as well as installing multiple control panels, FCU networks, external roof-mounted AHU’s, VAV’s and multiple monitoring points.

Completing this project was such a huge achievement for Brit Systems with it being a flagship city centre development and we love that we have contributed to a development that is going to bring communities together in the city centre of Manchester.
