Project overview

Brit Systems were appointed as the electrical contractor for JTP’s project Wembley Lands in London to install a new retrofit Building Management System throughout multiple buildings.

JTP is an award-winning international placemaking practice of architects and master planners with extensive experience in delivering successful projects for both private and public sectors throughout the UK, Europe, China, Russia, and the Middle East.

JTP reached out to us in 2017 for their BMS systems installing across multiple buildings. This was a great opportunity for us to work closely with Wembley Stadium, but also a big challenge due to the size of the project.

After receiving JTP’s request we got to work on the management of the project. This included underfloor heating systems, networking, and pool control panel wiring. Interfacing with GSHP, AHU’s, Pool plant, foul water pumping & waste transfer systems. We completed this project on time and fully snag-free, which was an amazing achievement for us due to the size of the job and the complex work it consisted of. We were thrilled to have the opportunity of working with JTP and would love to work with them again in the future.
